I really enjoyed the main mechanic, despite it getting a bit buggy sometimes, there is definitely charm to this game and more to be expanded on if you wanted to keep it going post-jam!
I feel the time slow down is quite necessary to surviving a few of the puzzles, but perhaps it's a bit too slow. It was easy to cheese some levels by just maintaining a click as often as possible. I'm sure there's a nice balance in there that could let you really excel with slightly altered level designs!
