Very satisfying shooting mechanic, well done!

In terms of feedback, I never felt like I was fully under control of the range -- sometimes it felt too long and others too short.

Thanks for the feedback Sipty!

What do you mean about control of the range? The bullets will explode where your mouse cursor is currently when the bullet leaves the barrel. So if the mouse is close to the weapon, the bullets will not travel that far before it explodes, and if you aim at the other edge of the screen they will fly over there before exploding (unless they hit something on the way). Is that what you mean?
The explosion itself can also take out enemies so you don't need a direct hit, so it can be used tactically depending on the situation.

BTW, there is a way to reach peace. But its a bit of a puzzle and you need to use both weapons.

Ah, it might be the fact that I lost some bullets before they reached the final destination?

Probably an explanation of the intended shooting mechanics would be helpful, after a specific checkpoint on the road to peace? I was shooting aimlessly at the center for a few minutes, before realizing I can control the range :D

Thanks! I will have to explain that shooting mechanic better in the game after the Game Jam update embargo ends.
