You have to use rar I believe.
7zip can recognize and extract rar archives as well. It is either damaged or password protected. Out of interest what do you use?
Someone else had the same problem, used winrar and then it worked. I'm not a technically minded person, so I don't know why, but it's probably worth trying at least.
