You've played the latest update of Pandora's Box 1 and went all the way to the credits/stats part? You also need to play both games on the same platform for the save files to be imported.
I will have to take a look into it when I am testing the next build of android. If I manage to find a problem or solution it will be posted in the patch notes. Thanks for reporting it.
