For anyone who has Quick Chat only, follow these instructions:

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Go to "Data"
3. Click on the dropdown menu and change it from "Quick Chat only" to "Free Chat and Quick Chat"

If you still have Quick Chat even after following these instructions, then check if your account follows the criteria below:

1. Are you over 13?
2. Are you signed in?
3. Are you on Guest mode?
