Hmmm, I've had a few different scenario's with Arachne, but the wording of "post-'lover'" makes me feel like there's one I haven't seen.
Almost like there's a willingness that you sign up to be her lover rather than a pouch. I'll try a few things out today and see if there's anything I can find.
