Nice fun retro game for this jam! As a newer game developer I'm impressed you did this all yourself so great work! The only thing I would constructively critique is the music sounding out of place and a bit ominous. Other than that I like it!
yeah I kind of called it in on the music. music is not my strong point and the gameboy chiptune restrictions throw me off even more.
but GB Studio is still a great engine for that retro feel
