Force choke boss is really annoying to fight because you're unable to move for most of the fight and it becomes impossible to hit him once enough enemies build up. Needs to be changed imo.
The trick is to just get on him as soon as he gets out of the chair.
Or just use a minigun if you're playing as conservative.
Personally he's easy for me. All you need to do is either use ranged or just rush him like a mad man
you should hit and run asap
