After all of the surgeries and care, Bakugou ended up waking up before Lukas. He hadn't gotten as much damage.
OBVIOUSLY all the heroes were there waiting for him to wake up

Momo: "Don't crowd him. He's been through enough already."
Deku: "He's...he's in the room next store but...K-Kachan he's...he's still not awake-t-they don't know whether or not he's going to wake up-"
