win.zip has fewer MBs than pc.zip, so if you want to save space I suggest win.zip, as both are the same OS types.
no pc is the project file which can be opened in the sdk and can be opened by windows and linux natively the linux and windows files only have the binaries to run the game and only on one os
if you want to build an apk you'd need to use the pc file
