how do you start the game, i have been unpacking and looking and searching for how to start it and i have no idea where im even supposed to look

Hmm. There doesn't seem to be any issues on my end. Once you extract the file, the .exe should just be there, called "AloneInTheFacility.exe" .Are you having trouble extracting the rar folder?
the .rar transforms to a different one, have no idea why, it is definetely a local problem on my end couz its happening to all .rar game
