Check out this one I did for an earlier jam. To get the speed you can just hold the arrow key in the viewfinder and press F8 (start) and F9 (stop) to do a screen recording that saves to your desktop.
It grabs the UI so you'll want to then take it to ezgif.com to crop out the UI.
EDIT: That said the speed is fine, but would be neat to see it faster. Try it out and share on the discord!
