Oh hmmm, that's weird... I just tried it on my own system that's running Windows 10 and it downloaded fine. Hmmmmmmmmm, what kind of error shows up? Or is the download simply not starting at all? Try clicking on that link there on the download page and enable alternate download methods, I've never tried it before, but it might work!
