The writing is poorly done and there are several grammatical issues.  The maps are really weird and have too much open space in general. I haven't actually seen anything custom, this game is pretty much all default assets. 

The game runs in the browser which some people will like and some will not. I don't really care either way, but if given the choice I would choose to download it.

The battle system is pretty lame, just default MZ side view. No custom skills, no custom animations, just basic attack and the built in stuff.

The encounter rate is a little high, but the battles are actually balanced decently. Nothing feels too hard or too easy. I mean the enemies are a little easy, but for a game jam entry you want them to be more on the easy side. 

I like the binary puzzle. Simple if you know binary but this will have some people googling for sure, hehe. 

The drop rate on items feels about right and really saves this game, without that being just right, and having no 'heal spots' sprinkled through-out the journey, you would encounter a huge issue. Luckily you tend to get the items you need on time.

Consider giving the melee guy an MP move, also the caster girl a TP move that restores MP.

I wouldn't have SyrupHouse do any more dialogs for you, it was a mess of a story and the writing was the absolute worst. You would have better luck writing it yourself and google auto-translating it.

Here are the final lines of the game, and I quote, "It seems that we are found the guilty of this massacre. It will be better that we were prepared to worse."

Overall you did a good job of submitting a game to the jam, so congratulations. I'm sure you've made some skill improvements along the way and that's what this is really about. Keep making games and try to write your own dialog next time. It's bound to be better.
