I appreciate the thick font it's easy to read and I like how the show text pops up on top of the character instead of a designated place for all default show text to appear. I don't like not being able to adjust the settings after you start a game. There should be a way to open the menu for options. The SE are too loud by default and this isn't normally a big issue because I can just go into the options and bring SE down to 40% or 60%, but you can't here once you start a game. 

(I still do find a way to turn down the SE, with F8 to bring up the console and then inputting the command: SceneManager.push(Scene_Menu); but normally people won't know how to do this and be stuck with super loud SE.)

Getting items is satisfying because of how they quickly pop up on the screen and also give a SE. Maybe use icons in the future and less text? That could further improve it.

This is really sad, there is an obvious game breaking bug right after the first fight at the beginning of the game...  You literally cannot proceed. Such a shame, because this looks like an interesting game.

What it looks like to me is you forgot to turn on (or OFF) a switch somewhere, Cookiedove. Thanks for giving it a go and good luck on your next project. Remember playtesting is super duper important. You would have found this, had you playtested your own game...
