eh I'm kinda lazy, try changing the extension from rar to zip and see if that works, also Winrar is a begware, so you could still use it for free forever, or just use the itch.io desktop client instead
it didn't work also I don't want any begwares
so please just make it a .zip file please
I would say 7-zip is the most reliable. It does everything perfectly also it is free. If you are on linux then you do not need anything.
