There are two ways to get the Catnip. 1. Instead of having sex with her the first time, become her friend. 2. If you already had sex with her, get to know her better. Exhaust her possible dialogues and you'll eventually get it.

If you've already got Fia's first scene, you can try again later once you've unlocked Medea's one. During your interaction with Fia, you need to play hard to get. You'll find the right path eventually.
