I got you! I made a folder named Harem Hotel and then placed the extracted game into that folder. If you did the same, just go to the first Harem hotel folder(don't go into the second) and make new file named ".nomedia" (don't put the quotes.) It's fine if you don't see this file once you create it, because it's meant to be invisible. Restart your phone and it should be gone!
