I initially thought that the aim of the game was to hit the stars, but I noticed that I always died at about 15 or 16 points. That's when I checked the game page and realised I was actually supposed to dodge the notes instead of hit them. As soon as realised this, the game was very easy. In the first half of the track, there are long periods of time where you can just hold one note and no stars will spawn at that location. Even if things got harder near the end, I could easily just swap to another note and continue holding that down. I think for this mechanic you need to make more wild tracks that require you to change notes a lot more often.

However, this is a very unique mechanic that I've never seen before, so well done for coming up with the idea! While the game itself is obviously lacking due to time constraints, with some more polish and simple things like an in game tutorial added this idea would feel a lot more playable and enjoyable.
