Great, clean little system with an extra bit of crunch and depth that I think really puts it over the edge of quality. I'll second c.a.mckinney to say that the one thing that really feels lacking is some way to differentiate characters. The range of Perks and Gear is good and easy to extrapolate from, but there's enough flavor in the rest of the writing that it makes me want for some more concrete hints at a setting to draw from, roleplay-wise. Overall, though, a well-realized concept!
