I'm new to the game, how do I raise subjugation points and charisma points? And are there any other things I need to know? Please help

Charisma: Mirror in the bathroom in your house.
Subjugation: Various things for the character, like messing with Bonny's computer for example.
What about power? Never could figure that out-- I am talking about power-- which I seem to be maxed out at 16 and not energy which I am fine. I am at the end of this update-- waiting to fight the good fight to get my mother and girls BACK!!
