This was a pleasant surprise! The 'boosts' certainly caught me off guard! I've only played the first 2 levels but I do have some comments:
The Good:
Great use of the assets to create a light-hearted experience. Kenney's asset in isolation looks great but clever usage of it is what is the most important part of using assets. Great sound direction too with the exaggerated fart, which leans into the casual direction of the game.
To improve:
As mentioned earlier, your game is tending towards a very light-hearted casual direction and if I have any suggestions, it'd be to heavily lean into it, for example:
- Add more bounciness to the bunny to add charm, as well as randomness. May or may not work though.
- I would recommend adding an arrow in front of the rabbit just to show where the rabbit will be 'boosting' to just for convenience and ease of play. And additionally, consider adding a trajectory to where the bunny will land to help with decision making.
Great game!
