I've now tested with Windows defender, avg, malwarefox, avast, malwarebytes and bitdefender and none picked up any problems. I think you've picked up a false positive, renpy itself is known to sometimes trigger that, even though it's safe to use. I'll keep my eyes open for problems in the future though.
