The game idea and the gunplay for the most part is decent and would make a fairly interesting part ... if it wasn't for the fact that you are fighting that horde of bugs with just a shotgun.

The things I noticed while playing is that:
* You have the player spinning their mouse to shake the bugs off. It would be a bit better if it didn't take so long just to shake them off or instead of spinning your mouse to shake them off, having a 'hold button to shake bugs off' button prompt.

*They just keep coming. Having 7 swarms of bugs coming at you is a bit much. I suggest either giving the bugs either slightly less health or putting a 'core' on the bugs that deals double damage when it. Hell, you could even make a bug bomb that temporary creates a no man's land where it is thrown.

*No strafing/reloading while sprinting. This may be a design choice of yours, but I feel like most of the fighting issues would be less of an issue if the players were allowed to strafe while running. Either that or the ability to reload (but slower then normal) would tremendously help with the gunplay.

*As the people in the comments here mentioned, a lower difficulty would be most appreciated. I feel like I'm playing Very Hard/Nightmare mode when it should be normal/hard for first time players of this game.

Other then that, you have an interesting game concept. The mechanics of the game could use a few modifications, but you are on the right track.

Here's my channel for other games I have played. https://www.youtube.com/c/Levont

Yeah I've received a lot of complains about the game difficulty, personally I think there's no point to enable strafing/reloading while sprinting, otherwise player can just be sprinting all the time. But this particular limitation is what makes the game too hard. So I pushed a update today which implements difficulty selection, in the easy mode, you can outrun the pests even when walking, so if moving correctly, without sprinting you can avoid contact with the pests. Hope that makes the experience better.

You mentioned it might be better if running-reloads are slower or have some downsides, that could be a better game design. Sadly it'll require rewriting a big chunk of code to implement that, frankly I'm not going to investigate that much time in a game of this scale.

Also I lowered the shaking intensity needed for shake off action, many people include my friend had reported the mouse shake is like nuts.

Thanks for you suggestions and feedbacks.
