Well this is heckin' cute! Love the use of pixel art, and the checkered background adds a lot of character to the document itself.
Favourite details: The cat colour and heart / pawprint fills is a great, adorable way of tracking affection. I like that it's instantly readable, and that it keeps the playful spirit of the game.
Would be nice to have: A PDF! It might be just me, but I like having a whole game in one document -- and PDFs are a little kinder to my printer than printing off raw images.
Anyway. SUPER cute idea, and the declarations at the end is a great way to tie it all in. I bet this was a lot of fun to make -- and play, if you got the chance!
