You can use godot if you are a newbie and if youe are quite familiar with game development you can use unity and I do not reccoment unreal wngine as it needs a monsyrous pc and if you have it well it nedds to be programmed in c++ or you can use blueprints. Bluprints is the official visual scripting language. And c++ compulsory needs visual studio.
