Well done for submitting. I think the level design is really good. But for me the whole game lies upon the player movement. A good jump is a difficult thing to get right and at times I felt like I wasn't fully in control of the character.
The decision making of when to use my bullets and when to dodge past them made for exciting gameplay. In many ways it reminded me of a soulslike where upon getting to a new area, figuring out which path to take and how to deal with certain enemies is part of the journey. I would say personally I did not find the game very chaotic, more calculated and slow paced. I think a good edition to suit the theme would be some mechanic which makes me rush through zones such as limited oxygen or constantly draining health. Overall, some cool concepts. Well done.
