Maybe take a look at how you can export your game using gamemaker studio 2. There exist methods for making the game playable without having gamemaker installed I believe.
I was using the free trial which doesn't allow you to export it... I didn't know this when I installed it as it didn't tell me which I am a little bit annoyed at. Im going to go back to unity... I switched as I changed computers and decided to try something new, bad idea. 5 days work for nothing.
