The game is for two players. Goal of bootlegger (looks like a thief) is to reach highlighted spots, whereas policeman wants to catch the bootlegger. The player who earns 3 points first wins.

You play by choosing the direction you want to move in down below (left for bootlegger, right for policeman). These get executed in the rhythm of music.
