hey bob, i need you to do me a favor can you port this unreleased versionof vs 8bit to this build of modding plus? (vs 8bit is still uploading, it should be done a few minutes after you receive this message) oh, and give the new character “shift” a winning icon, please! it’s already in the icons file, but whenever i try to add it to the game it doesn’t work. (i already have the normal, dead, and poisoned icons setup)

i’ve been trying (and failing) to add video cutscenes to my mod
yes, i know video cutscenes can’t really be made in modding plus, so i’ve been trying a workaround
the workaround? creating a large sprite that plays the cutscene
BUT, as you can probably tell, this doesn’t work.
whenever i try to load the cutscene the game crashes after a few seconds, which is why i’m asking you for help again
go here to download the new files, then do your thing and hopefully fix the cutscene
(to test the cutscene, go to nexto, press 7, and change the cutscene to “nexto”)
