Wow that was pretty fun! I really enjoyed the gameplay and there is quite a lot of potential here! I see you've already addressed having an endless mode, which I think would be great.
Something I'd toss in to loop sex animations, and have combat be a bit more intuitive, perhaps add damage numbers, a crosshair or something to let me know I'm hitting targets.
More variety in the characters beyond color would be cool too (breast/penis size, clothing color, wearing more/less clothes) in addition to having NPCs be able to breed with each other (a brothel building?).
