Stand appearance: A 7 foot tall red humanoid reptilian with white horns placed on top of the head, near where ears would be on a human. Long white claws protruding from feet and hands each with 3 fingers/toes each. A red tail speckled with white scaled also comes out near the back.

Attributes: Cannot be touched, and cant move around 4 feet away from the user.
Ability: Imagine dragons can shoot any of it's finger claws and it will come out as a small dart with the claw at the tip serving as the needle. The dart holds a virus that has different effects depending on how much you get of it. The virus will entirely go into your body from the dart after 30 seconds.
1 drop- you start seeing people as 3 fantasy races, along with normal humans (elf, dwarf, goblin). This can effect how well you judge the shape of people and where you are going to hit them.
1/10 of the dart- Your world starts devolving into fantasy elements, making everyone look like a fantasy race and making buildings, landscape, and objects look more mystical. (gets worse up until half the dart)
Half the dart- All of your world becomes fantasy, you cant tell the true shapes of things, and everyone you see has become different races of creatures. Everything becomes more varied and hard to understand up until the entire dart has been drained.
Full dart- The true consciousness of the being is transported into an alternate dimension that has fantasy elements, but its all real. In this world, they lose their stand/special abilities like hamon or spin. Similar to Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap's ability to make a clone, a copy of the stand user is left in the real world with all their memories, just not a stand. They also feel the full effects of the dart, just not up to going to another world.This could be a relief or the final nail in the coffin for a person, as they can finally know whats real and can be touched, yet can die easily and might as well just end their life the second they go there.
