I can download it but the file that I get can't be opened by anything in my phone. Okay so I extract all the files with RAR. Now what? There's nothing like an .exe file or anything. It's just a pile of files with no obvious way to install and play the game.

you definitely got the wrong file then
theres a download for windows and linux (which seems to be the one you downloaded)
one for android called Lucky Paradox APK (the one you need)
and one for mac
You need to download Lucky Paradox APK that file doesnt need to be extracted or anything it can simply be run on your phone (you might need to enable sideloading or something, but you would be notified about that when trying to run the apk)
