Would be an enemy in the steel ball run (or part 7) that fires from a long range but runs away before getting hit back in act 1. In act 2, he takes some damage to the leg after being shot by Johnny. To get to act four, the ranger barely survived an encounter with any random person that figured out several fast moving bullets interrupted his ability 『 Slowly lookin' all around』.
Big iron is an act stand, with 4 main acts.
Act 1- Just a complete ripoff of Tusk act 1, fingernails can be shot and while being fired turn into a bullet with the force of being shot out of a revolver.
Act 2- Similar to entire horse, the user can summon a revolver into their hand that doesn't need ammo. No special bullets or abilities other than not having to reload.
Act 3- After being shot in the leg, Big iron gained 2 new abilities. First, the bullets slightly home in (Not like Mista where the bullet goes exactly where they want, just a slight curve in a direction). The stand gains another ability-
『 Slowly lookin' all around』
Slowly lookin' all around is a passive ability that is active when the gun is out (now equipped with a holster). 40 feet around the user, any projectiles will be picked up on by the user and lets the user dodge the projectiles in time, as long as they aren't going around as a fast as a bullet right when its shot out of a gun. This will interrupt the ability and give a chance for more projectiles to be fired while the user is focusing on the fast bullet.
Act 4-The user no longer can summon a gun, but can now summon and pilot a small stand that looks like a cowboy. The small cowboy rides on a horse, letting it go around with decent speed. The whole stand is about the size of a washing machine (if that makes any sense). The cowboy is equipped with a pistol that is identical to the big iron from act 3, just a bit smaller. The stand no longer has the ability 『 Slowly lookin' all around』and instead has attained the ability 『Had not cleared leather』.

The enemy can never draw a weapon on the stand or user first. They will just find themselves punching air, or having their weapon frozen in place. They can block, but the user can get as close as they want and fire a bullet straight into their head.
