To open .rar files you need to download winrar.
My computer can't connect to wifi, so I've just been downloading them on my phone and transferring the files, I don't think I can do that-
just unzip them in your phone first then ,just write zip in your application store and a tone of app will pop up , use one of them
Winrar has an app.
