This plugin, last time I checked in the last few months, is by far the best and most optimized light plugin for MV.... it sounds like you have a different problem. You just need to make your graphic card run RPG Maker and not your CPU. By default, RPG Maker is run by the CPU.... so your graphics card doesn't matter lol.
