Amazingly done in only 4 hours! The game feels great to play, with the particle effects, sound effects, screen shake. I think all the effort (or time) you put into that really payed off. At first it caught me of guard that the dead bodies also killed me, but then I remembered that 'dont touch anything red' and I understood it immediately :) The three different guns were also truely different and had a siginificant impact on the gameplay. One little thing is that sometimes I got the same gun twice in a row, but that is no big deal.

One thing that bothered me is that the music restarts when you die. Because dying is pretty common in this game (at least for me :P) it is pretty jarring when the music stops suddenly. If the music were to just continue I would feel more motivated to try again. (Maybe this is just me though.)

Really well done! I enjoyed this one a lot :D

I'm glad you liked the game and thank you for this long and constructive comment !

I've really been focused on the gun feels for this game so yeah there is no score or things like that because I didn't had the time since I was so focused on the game feels. The music reset because you can "win" the game if you survive until the end of the music (it last a bit more than two minutes I think) but it wasn't really clear at all how I presented it. And yeah it caught many people of guard being killed by corpses, it's an important mechanic that force you to be very careful with your gun recoil. And I wanted to add a system so you can't have the same gun twice but I was already at more than 4 hours of dev so I left it like that.  And I wasn't counting the time where I was actually playtesting the game to tune the difficulty or when I added the sounds since I didn't made them. My goal wasn't to make the game in three hours, I knew I would go overtime from the start, I just wanted to try to make a game where shooting was fun and the guns were great ! (And I wanted to add a Noir film aesthetic because I like that !)
