How do we increase ranch income? What is the item that is needed to upgrade facilities to level 3?

Ranch income is calculated by the amount of sales of items in shipping box.

thank you! what's needed to upgrade the farm facilities to level 3? it says 10 w/ a picture of a grey rectangle thing but i can't figure out what that is

It should be building material. I... probably should add it so you can hover on the item to show the complete name of item needed.

It's a crafted item. Should be from crafting for dummies book if I remember correct.

i don't have anything that looks like the craftable icons or called building material :( i'm pretty sure i've gotten all the crafting recipes you can get for now i've gotten adv, dyes, golden galore and crafting for dummies

also having trouble finding black grass/black leaves for black dye and tough wood. I have 2 tough wood, unsure where it came from tho lol- and I'm not sure if maybe I just haven't gotten the recipes like i'm missing a book but I don't have a recipe for tough boards ( unless that's another item you need to find ) and I don't see any of these materials in the stores
