I don't live in Indonesia, but I can google and try to understand what's going on. For me it was clear what Ronald and the Colonel meant else. Looking in the appropiate pages long enough was the key.

This was 3 years ago, but let me help you with what I probably meant, the Colonel and Ronald are related to fast food. Also, I suspect it has to do with calling a certain number. But be weary this was 3 years ago, I could be misremembering
