Im having the same problem, dont know if its because i took too long preparing as i went from day 56 to day 140ish
I've only encountered such bug, when i didn't advance the plot as intended (in the talk menu, not by taking my time), instead went away, or said that i'll be back later. The only way i could fix it is to start anew with the import feature.
