In my country, the tax for selling games is -23%

It doesn’t matter what the law in your country is. All that it matters is the trading agreement between the US and your country.

I don’t understand how can it be -35%, and cannot find any information showing how this approximation revenue is calculated.

Are you sure you are reading the numbers correctly? I was under the impression that the maximum tax would be 30%, but I could be wrong.

I’m an individual, not living in the U.S, and have nothing in common with this country.

This is not relevant. You are using a platform that is based in the US, so you have to deal with their laws/treaties with your country.

If you’d rather pay the taxes your country has decided, you can sell them from your own site, which has its own advantages/disadvantages.

Hope that helps

Thanks for explaining some of my points! I’m a newbie in such things. What I know is the US - PL has tax treaty benefits that prevent double taxation, but maybe it’s another matter.

“Are you sure you are reading the numbers correctly? I was under the impression that the maximum tax would be >30%, but I could be wrong.”

Yes, I think it’s ~35%. Tomorrow I’ll check it again because one of the recent payments will be ready to payout - with that data I’ll be more certain.

Now I see that this sounded not what I want to sound like. I wanted to communicate what my tax type is and not sound like I’m indignation that my taxes are not counted as Polish haha, sorry about it.
