Hi turtle, unfortunately it's not a bug. Silence enforcement makes your slaves to lose 3-5 points per day, as long as their courage is greater than 40. :((their obedience is increased by 5-10 points, though)
tnks, I didnt notice nor knew that... it isnt in enforced silence description either, how are we supposed to know that?
