They probably meant that the story is consistent. And in fact it generally is, though the last MC's action was incomprehensible: going by himself to save Lucie instead of calling the police when he gathered all the evidence. Then we would miss the 'training' scene but it would be more logical if the MC just learnt that Lucie is held captive but was unable to save the camera stream and had no proof.
also the part where u get her you can't do it on a phone correctly if your even able to in general and u need the right items to unlock the door
