Sorry to hear that.
When you extract the the ZIP file, there should be 5 files/folders inside the game folder
And one among them is UnityPlayer.dll.
Please make sure you didn't move/delete anything accidently.
Also try to turn off antivirus, if you have one before extracting. Make sure the antivirus don't delete any files too.
