i highly doubt it. i believe the no choice thing is a permanent thing with the nameless and maybe in a future update we can like revolt or submit to him with other events, but other than that which if it happens i doubt it. (i also believe that would be like a lot of quests or some bullshit amount of stuff into his questline)
