I don't know if you can... Windows is a butthead when it comes to trying to "keep you safe..." When Windows 10 first was coming out there was a big buzz about how Windows was making it hard on indie developers. If you aren't a "trusted" developer (by which they mean a developer that pays licensing fees to them) or if your file isn't downloaded very often, Windows Defender and McAfee will make a big deal out of it and sometimes not even let you in. There are some other common errors that aren't the developer's fault, too, when it comes to playing indie games on a Windows machine.  I normally disable those and use open-source defense.
