In India, there is no proper drainage system for rain water and this makes flowing water and also in India there is no proper garbage system (that means no dustbins everywhere) so people will throw garbage at road itself and when rain falls and a lot of flowing water was there, there will floating garbage .
So you are going to clean all the garbage from the flowing water and help the seas bcoz the drainage will take away water also garbage which is released into sea
