Heh, tell me about it! Personally, my favorite is Kana. I really love goth girls in general, and Kana is so cute, and she has that cute-creepy vibe to her that really makes her intimidating, but she wouldn't scare me. I just think she's cute. Kana is so cute!
Btw do you think Haruka's gonna go completely yandere if she finds out your in a relationship with one of the other girls? Y'know, just a hypothesis.
Your analogy is apt! It's true that Kana comes across as enigmatic and sharp tongue sometimes. But I think she's a little bit dangerous, especially when the main character suddenly fainted and woke up to See Kana's face, which was kind of creepy. There's a feeling she might have something to do with the disaster at the school (not sure).
Will Haruka become yandere? I think Haruka already has too many attributes, such as domestic violence, childhood sweetheart, and dynamic girl. And does she have a tendency to be yandere? Maybe it's because everyone has changed a little bit by that point in the plot? But I think Haruka's relationship with the protagonist is so deep that she may not be able to accept that the protagonist falls in love with someone else, so she may go crazy (her own experience is also tragic). So maybe lol.
What do you think Insane Haruka would look like? In my view of things, she'd obviously kill Kana first. I mean, that smile Haruka flashed her when she said she was also a bubble of sunshine reinforces my theory. I'm actually planning to make a mini Youtube series based off this whole ordeal. Y'know, with Haruka going yandere and all. She'd probably kill Aiko next, because many scenes in the game involving Haruka and Aiko prove this. Speaking of Aiko, did you see the black splotch where it said "the one" at the end of her bio? At first I thought she was the one turning yandere, but when I played it and looked into it deeper, Haruka definitely seemed yandere-worthy, Y'know?

Heh, I have been known by friends of mine to be pretty observant. I'm planning to make an extremely detailed series about Yandere Haruka. y'know, how she kills the girls and stuff. When the first episode releases, I'll proudly send you the link! And about Aiko... Damn! That's pretty damn convincing! Aiko is extremely intelligent, so I can definitely see her pulling something like that off. That black splotch with the words "THE ONE" inscribed in it sounds pretty convincing, especially for the only survivor portion of it. Say, if Aila, Sakura (Girl that Haruka mentions punching in the face at one point in the story), the MC, Mr. Tanaka and Mr. Saito had actual sprites for the game, what do you think they would look like?

Plotinus' τὸ ἓν is a philosophical idea, which can be translated as "the one". This concept is adopted by a lot of the occult, like the feeling of be combining into oneness? Like the feeling of AI becoming the one and dominating the world? I mentioned this mainly as a joke, but maybe it has a little bit to do with what's going on in the future in this game?
