Howdy! I'm loving my stay in Chitin, but just wanted to know what to do with my pain medication. Do I eat it? I can't seem to get it down.
There's an NPC you find in the school who has a headache. There is a limited amount of time you can give it to him, although doing this is optional and does not stop you from opening the final exit door.
