if you are eligible for the prize (place 1, 2 or 3) and decline the prize it will just go back in the prize pool. That means, instead of being split up in 3, it will be in 2. The same happens if 2 decline the prize.
If all 3 places decline it (for some reason?) then it will be sent to Godot to continue working on making the best game engine
